May 9, 2025, was one for the books. Sophia and Ryan tied the knot in a stunning Orthodox ceremony at St. Joseph Parish in Fergus, Ontario — and BMann Studios had the absolute honour of capturing every moment on authentic wedding film.

These two first met through friends at a party and quickly bonded over their shared love of cooking, video games, and camping. Their personalities and traditions brought so much joy to every part of the day. The Orthodox ceremony was full of meaningful symbolism — Sophia had specifically asked us to capture the necklace-tying tradition, and it was truly beautiful to witness.

After the ceremony, we made our way to the breathtaking Elora Mill for the reception. Before guests arrived, we explored the stunning grounds of the mill with the newlyweds — the stone walls, the water, the golden afternoon light. It's one of Ontario's most extraordinary venues and it never disappoints.

The reception was a perfect blend of elegance and personality. Plated dinner, heartfelt speeches from Sophia's brother and Ryan's mom and stepdad, and then — as a surprise for their guests — a magician who wowed the crowd and closed with a fun interactive trick featuring the bride and groom. When the formalities wrapped, the dance floor came alive and this crowd did not hold back. Packed, electric, and full of joy until the lights came on.
